Return Process

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions.

  Prepare the System

  Securely pack your item in its original internal foam packaging and double-box it to prevent damage during transit, ensuring all accessories and cables are included.

• 3.
  Ship to MAINGEAR

  Affix the provided shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at the designated carrier location for insured transport back to our facility.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the system's condition and components, we will process your refund or ship your replacement unit within 5-7 business days.
